Avoid Foreclosure & Bankruptcy, Save your Credit, & Walk Away with No debt  & NO Fees

If you owe more on your home than it is worth and you are having a hard time making your mortgage payments, it may be time to short sell. WILL THE LENDER COME AFTER ME FOR MORE MONEY? If you have not taken any equity out of your property the answer is NO. If you have pulled equity out of your property the lender MAY pursue a deficiency judgement. However, we often negotiate a reduced payment and sometimes at 0% interest.
